Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bulbs and hardware are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
